Children's Ministry | Acts 29 | Tampa, Fl | Aletheia Church

The children’s ministry at Aletheia Tampa is an exciting and thriving ministry. We invite you and your family to join us on sunday mornings. Our hope is to foster an environment that allows for your children’s lives to be transformed by the gospel of Jesus christ. We accomplish this through bible stories and teaching, worship and praise, crafts and games, and many more fun activities.

Our hope is to partner with parents in the discipleship of their children by providing environments, curriculum and resources that center on the gospel and teach the nature and character of God. Scripture is clear that parents have been given the joy and responsibility of raising their children in the ways of Jesus. We desire to partner with you and to be a resource for you as you disciple your children!

We partner with parents to build a gospel-centered spiritual foundation for their children’s lives.
We teach from the scriptures and help parents proclaim to the next generation who God is and what he has done.

If you’re visiting for the first time, you will receive a check-in tag and security stickers. The stickers serve two purposes:

Parent Paging – If we need you during service, the number on your sticker will be displayed on the projector screens in the front.
Child Pick-Up – You must present your portion of the sticker before we release your child.

Children may be dropped off as early 9:40 am before service begins.
Please pick-up your children prior to 11:45 am.

Safety & Health

We require all of our volunteers to be trained and screened as well as maintain strict teacher-to-child ratios to ensure safe care. For health standards, children must be free from fever or symptoms of contagious disease for 24 hours. Please let us know of any allergies or medical conditions that your child may have.

Child Dedication

When dedicating your baby, you celebrate a commitment to raise your child in the ways of the Lord. You also commit to joining a community of believers who help you and hold you accountable. If you are interested in having your child dedicated please complete this form.

Baptism is for the individual who has received the saving benefits of Christ’s atoning work and become His disciple. In obedience to Christ’s command and as a testimony of faith, a believer should be baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We treat the baptism of children with special care. If your child expresses interest in baptism, please complete this form to setup a time to meet with a Children’s ministry director.
