Today, we celebrate the most significant event in history - the resurrection of Jesus! By his resurrection from the dead, Jesus was declared to be the Son of God in power according to the Spirit of holiness (Rom. 1:4). According to God’s great mercy, He has caused those who believe in Him to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus from the dead to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading (1 Peter 1:3-5). And so we praise God - because Jesus is alive! Our risen Savior and King is now seated at the right hand of God the Father, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named (Eph. 1:21).
