You can use this guide to help your kids honor their dad,
or for you to honor your dad.

Have the kids write a letter.

The Friday before Father’s Day, take dad a special treat at work with a big sign that says why you love him.

At a mealtime, have children go around the table and say one reason you are glad God gave them the dad He did.

08.

Give dad a gift that encourages his favorite hobby.

09.

Create space in the schedule for dad to grab dinner/coffee/golf with another man who really encourages him.

Have the kids make a video — it can even be unedited! Here are a few interview questions to get you started:

• What has he done that’s had the biggest impact on you?

• What qualities do you admire about him?

• In what ways are you similar to him?

• What is one thing you can thank him for?
