Job Description: Teleios Youth Director

Aletheia Church is a family who exists to see a greater worship of Jesus through disciple making and church planting. The elders shepherd the flock, make disciples, train leaders, and plant churches.

The Teleios Youth Director is responsible for helping Aletheia cultivate a culture of gospel-centered discipleship, biblical maturity, community, and mission among middle and high school students. This role is Part-Time working 20 hours a week, alongside the pastoral team. This role provides relational and strategic leadership for Teleios Youth, developing intentional environments and pathways that help students move from attending church to following Jesus, growing in Christ, serving others, and making disciples. The Teleios Youth Director will provide leadership, relational care, and strategic oversight for Aletheia’s youth ministry while equipping parents and volunteer leaders to disciple students and carry the ministry forward. This position reports directly to the Executive Pastor and works closely with the Teaching Pastor and the rest of the Pastors.
