Take the Next Step: Join a Cohort
Deep discipleship. Real Multiplication.
Recently we shared the vision for Discipleship Cohorts at Aletheia, spaces where discipleship becomes deeply personal. As our City Group season comes to a close, we want to invite you to take this next step.
Cohorts are small (3–5 people), intentional, and focused on helping you follow Jesus in everyday life.
Not just learning more, but living it out.
In a cohort, you’ll open Scripture together, pray for one another, and talk about real life, the things that actually shape your walk with God. It’s a space to be known, encouraged, challenged, and equipped.
Watch this short video as Pastor Aaron shares the vision for Discipleship Cohorts — what they are and why they matter.
But the goal isn’t just growth.
The goal is multiplication.
Over time, cohorts are meant to multiply, raising up people who don’t just receive discipleship, but who begin to disciple others. That’s how the church grows. That’s how lives are changed, one relationship at a time.
If City Groups helped you belong, Cohorts will help you build.
Cohorts move you:
From attending → to investing
From learning → to leading
From being discipled → to discipling others
So here’s the invitation:
Don’t stop at Community, step into deeper discipleship.
Start a cohort with a few people you’re already doing life with, especially from your City Group. You’ve already built relationships. Now take the next step and go deeper together.
If you’re not sure where to begin, we’ve created a simple Cohort Guide to help you get started, what to study, how to structure your time, and what this can look like practically.
If you’re not currently connected to a city group or need help getting started, we’d love to help. Fill out the interest form and we’ll get you connected.
